Release diesel stocks or face ban: US to France & Germany
The Trump administration has urged Germany and France to reduce their emergency diesel reserves to alleviate rising global fuel prices or risk a possible US ban on diesel exports. In a bid to manage supply shortages, the US is pushing the EU to release 120 million barrels of diesel over the next six months.
