Bombay High Court Disposes KRK Petition as State Withdraws LOC
Mumbai: The Bombay High Court on Wednesday disposed of a petition filed by actor and film critic Kamal R Khan after the state informed the court that they have initiated steps to withdraw the Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against him in connection with a criminal case registered by the Oshiwara Police Station. The Oshiwara police had arrested Khan for allegedly firing from his licensed weapon towards a residential complex in Andheri last year.
