High Court to hear MCMC’s contempt proceedings against Papagomo before deciding on social media curbs
The High Court here on Monday ruled that contempt proceedings brought by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission against blogger Papagomo should proceed before a hearing to extend court curbs (inter partes injunction) on his social media use.
