India's state-run SAIL wins court block on steel antitrust investigation
An Indian court has halted an antitrust probe into state-run SAIL after the company alleged procedural irregularities by the Competition Commission of India. SAIL argued it was initially cleared but a subsequent investigation, using the same evidence, found wrongdoing. The case will be heard again in June.
