Kerala HC refuses to restrain functioning of state waqf board
Kochi: High court on Wednesday declined to issue an interim order restraining the Kerala State Waqf Board from functioning, but adjourned the public interest litigations (PILs) challenging the board’s reconstitution to July 17 to enable the state govt to file its reply.
