SIR kicks off in state with distribution of enumeration forms
Ranchi: With the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral roll kicking off across the state on Tuesday, chief electoral officer (CEO) K Ravi Kumar said the exercise is a participatory, transparent process audited at every level, with provisions for appeal.
